Rubén's whim, TresMatas Vendimia Seleccionada, made only in exceptional vintages, only with grapes from the “El Hostal” vineyard. It is the oldest vineyard in the four-hectare winery, planted in a goblet, with an average production of 2,500 kg/ha and a type of calcareous soil. A Harvest is carried out in boxes of 15 kg manually.

It is aged in high-end extra-fine grain French barrels for at least 24 months. It is an expressive, structured and complex signature wine, suitable for all palates.
