Pozo de Nieve, a fruity and fresh young man aged 4 months in barrels.

A “snow pit” or “refrigerator”, was a pit in which snow was stored sheltered from the sun during the winter months for use in the summer months.

Within the facilities of Bodegas Vega de Yuso, we find a fantastic snow well from the 16th century, in perfect condition. The “Pozo de Nieve” brand refers to this rich history and presents a young oak wine, fresh as snow, as well as fruity.
