VEGANTIGUA 2020, THE FERRARI OF THE OAKS
Vega de Yuso presents a new vintage of its oak for 10 months in the barrel, a round and surprising wine.

After the success achieved with the previous vintage, VEGANTIGUA 2020 comes out confident that it also receives great recognition.
We will meet with a Ruby Red wine, with violet tones in thin layer. It is a very fruity wine, very fresh, with tones of red fruit (cherries, currants, blackberries), a very cheerful wine. Very pleasant toasted wood tones stand out without covering the fruit, tofu tones, coffees and vanilla.
It is made under the reference D.O. Ribera del Duero quality guarantee.
The harvest was carried out in mid-September with a vintage result qualified as “Excellent”.
We selected young vineyards of the variety Tempranillo, from 15 to 25 years, located in Olivares de Duero and Valbuena de Duero, in the province of Valladolid, with an average production of 5,500 kg/ha and a type of clay-calcareous soil.
RECOGNITION OF BRAND:
Bodegas Vega de Yuso, S.L. was founded in 2002 by Rubén Iglesias. 20 hectares of vineyards characterised by their high phenolic expression and the production of wines with a marked personality and identity. ‘The vineyard’s age, altitude and soil typeare the keys to our viticulture’. Our wines are made of grapes from vines of over 50 years old with very low yield and exceptional quality.
